Corporate and Canadian Government Mismanagement, which has allowed billions of taxable assets to be taken from the public coffers of the Province of British Columbia and the Federal Canadian Government

What would you do if you were to come across information, which pointed to how billions upon billions of taxable assets had been taken out of BC since the 70's right up to this very day, as I am now speaking, without any taxes or Federal Canadian export duties being collected on these assets?

Would you stand up from the tallest building in Vancouver or Victoria, with the thought that you are protecting the children of British Columbia's future, as you use your voice to demand that these taxable assets are no longer allowed to be shipped out of BC, without proper taxes being assessed upon them?

Or would you just ignore this massive Government and Corporate mismanagement, which has been created out of an environment that came out of bad policies and bad arbitrary decisions made by past members of the BC NDP and Social Credit party and their appointees that is still allowed to exist within the current Provincial Liberal Government in BC, to this very day?

Throughout the many different links that follow, you will see how Reginald Angus Argue (pen name of Angus McLeod),and the late John Carniel (who died of mysterious disease) and a few others have stood tall with their words, as these documents show the possibility of taxable assets in the Billions of dollars have been each and every year shipped out of the Province of British Columbia Canada for well over twenty years now, with no taxes or export duties paid on these assets. This in itself could quite easily be the biggest tax evasion case that Canada and possibly all of North America has ever seen.

Section one
Copies of Correspondence between Reginald Angus Argue and representatives of the office of British Columbia Premier. Also copies of correspondences between Neil Carlson (BA degree - Geology, Chemistry & Physics University of B.C.) and Ralph Sultan MLA West Vancouver, Capilano member of Task Force to look into Mining practices in the Province of BC initiated by Premier Campbell in 2003.

-Response from Mr. Rick Conte EMPR:EX (who had been appointed by Premier Campbell from the Province of British Columbia) reply to Reginald Angus Argue's prior emails and phone calls to Campbell's office.

-Attachment from Mr. Conte's email (definition of minerals from 69 and 70)

-Reginald Angus Argue's (pen name of Angus McLeod's) second letter to Premier Campbell of British Columbia's office, where Reginald pointed out some information the Mr. Conte had not mentioned, while also showing how under 1995 Mineral Amendment tenure Act that a few corporation are currently violating the laws.

-Copy of definition of Gravel and Limestone (also definition of Lime as per 1880's)

-Copy of 95 Mineral Amendment Tenure Act Please pay attention to the section on Construction purposes. Also pay attention to how the word Minister is being scratched and replace with the word Gold Commissioner.

copy of Email sent to Ralph Sultan MLA (West Vancouver Capilano BC Canada) from Reginald Angus Argue (pen name of Angus McLeod).

Copy of email received from Premier Campbell's office to Reginald Angus Argue (Angus McLeod), which is a pure example of politicians trying to play musical chairs and passing the buck back to Rick Conte, who is a bureaucrat and does not have to answer to the people

With the above copy of news article in mind from the Vancouver Sun, if the Campbell Government would properly enforce 1995 Mineral Amendment Act, and no longer allow companies to remove our natural resources out of under the disguise of "Construction Purpose material for Pubic works" without paying taxes on these assets. And if the Campbell Government would make companies have to process all resources taken from BC soil in BC, our Province would have enough money to fund this camp, increase jobs, increase tax base for municipalities throughout BC, put money back into education, reopen schools, make class sizes smaller, return BC's universal Health Care for all, cut income taxes, and invest money to help out all citizens of British Columbia.

Emails and other correspondence by Neil Carlson and Ralph Sultan (MLA West Vancouver Capilano BC Canada),

-Comments On the Mining Industry made by Ralph Sultan MLA (West Vancouver Capilano) on Wednesday, October 8th, 2003 Legislative Session; 4th Session, 37th Parliament Hansard (British Columbia). This is one in many pieces of Smoking guns, which showed that Premier Campbell did have prior knowledge of how Mining Industry in BC has been gutted and sacked for decades. And sadly this madness is allowed to continue to ruined the British Columbia economy, while a few companies have grown rich off of the backs of the people of British Columbia's natural resources, as the homelessness, school shutdowns, mass sell off of water rights, large number of single parents on welfare, unemployment, and Provincial debt is going through the roof.

-Neil Carlson's Bio University of B.C. Graduate 1952 BA degree - Geology, Chemistry & Physics (Equivalent B.Sc.)

-Letter sent to Ralph Sultan, MLA, West Vancouver - Capilano Task Force on British Columbia mining Industry from Neil Carlson.

-Copy of Email sent from Neil Carlson, in this email quotes were given on Limestone and it mentioned Lot 5 on Texada Island. Now because Limestone is considered to be a mineral, as per Court Decision in Manitoba and as per 1988 here in BC. So with this in mind Ash Grove and LaFarge, who have been pulling Limestone out of Texada Island, if any of it were taken from Lot 5 in keeping with the laws of BC, these companies or any other companies would have to fairly compensate the Mineral title owner of this lot. So why hasn't this action been done, and why are members of the Gold Commissioner Office in BC not telling the Premier of BC or the people the whole truth?

-Additional copy of email sent out by Neil Carlson that talks about corporate 555 Venture, who holds the Mineral title on Lot 5 on Texada Island.

-Letter sent from Neil Carlson to Ralph Sultan MLA, in reference to the "study of the mining industry initiated by Premier Gordon Campbell and then minister Richard Newfeld appears so far to have had little impact on the mining industry"

Section 2
Briefing to Council (letters and reports that the late John M Carniel (Geologist) had sent to Premier of BC, Mining Minister, members of the RCMP, and others.)

In this section, it shows a letter that the late John Carniel had written to Cpl Wilma Bolderhiej from the RCMP - Commercial Crime Division (Vancouver BC Canada), which was dated November 22, 2001. Taking a quote from this letter, John had written, " The Canada Customs invoices show no gold in declarations and the company reports indicate that they ship in excess of 5,000,000 tones per year. With these facts in hand and physical evidence, the Gold Commissioners Office still does not wish to deal with the issue or receive any relevant data. Me smell a skunk here!!! Simple Arithmetic shows grater that 50 tons of gold has been taken from Canada and given the mean average price of Gold the theft is in excess of 1,000,000,000 $ CDN" (click here to go to this section)

Section three

Court documents, letters to and from Province of British Columbia Government Bureaucrats, and many other documents, which show a pattern of how a few have been able to appear to be more beneficial for the Corporate machine; rather than to benefit the people of BC Canada. All of this suggests that there has to be a public inquiry called into this situation, where numerous others cases in British Columbia (could be as high as 100 other cases) have suffered from similar circumstances. Copy of British Columbia Marketing Report commissioned by the Social Credit Party in 1988

In 1988, the Social Credit Party, who were elected to run the Province of British Columbia had commissioned a Marketing Analyst Report, which laid out the economical benefits, customer base, what industries could be developed, and many other benefits, which was in regards to developing the mining of Feldsapr & Nepheline Syonite in the Province of British Columbia. In the following link it lays out how the location of British Columbian resources were both economically benefit in trans portion cost, it would have also created many other industries that would have brought a massive increase to the tax base to the Province of British Columbia. Examples of further exploitation of BC's resources and exporting of Jobs

Copy of March 28th 1983 Press Release, which talked about Domtar Inc selling of their Blubber Bay Limestone quarry and other Texada Island holdings to Oregon Portland Cement Ltd. (Ash Grove). Quoting this article "if a new plant is built on Texada, it could create up to 200 jobs following completion and hundreds ore during the construction phase." But instead of this proposed plant being opened on Texada Island, which would have increased the tax base of the Powell River area. This plant in question was not open and a further expansion of a Seattle based cement plant was put in place. (click here to see copy of press release)
