Court documents, letters to and from Province of British Columbia Government Bureaucrats, and many other documents, which show a pattern of how a few have been able to appear to be more beneficial for the Corporate machine; rather than to benefit the people of BC Canada. All of this suggests that there has to be a public inquiry called into this situation, where numerous others cases in British Columbia (could be as high as 100 other cases) have suffered from similar circumstances.

This in turn has denied the people of Canada and the Province of British Columbia access to billions of taxable assets and thousands of jobs, which could have been created out of the industry that should have been created in the Province of British Columbia. Yet, instead of the law being properly enforced and followed (improper export paperwork filled out, failing to pay Federal and Provincial taxes on taxable assets into the billions of dollars, breaking anti-trust Monopoly laws, and the list goes on.) All of this has to raise the question, when are the Canadian Officials, both Federally and Provincial (in the Province of BC) going to adhere to finally respecting the wishes of the people, and Governing our Nation as a nation of all of us, and not just the select few, as some officials appear to be doing at this time? One way to correct this situation, and put the power back in the hands of the people, is to again call for a public independent inquiry into this situation, where throughout British Columbia our public resources are in danger of being taken from us and given to a few Corporations for just a song and a dance.
